Brenda has held senior HR positions at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, VFDA Management Service Organization (a pre-IPO, multi-state start-up) and Sutter Health. Brenda holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, a Master's Degree in Organizational Dynamics from University of Pennsylvania and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Dena Grunt is a Senior Consultant with the HR Matrix and
has over 12 years of HR experience.
